Shivani Mishra

Shivani Mishra is an Associate at Total Impact Capital. She works on project-specific tasks, including transaction execution, deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and conducting market and legal research for high-impact investments involving setting up of blended finance vehicles in Africa & LATAM region in sectors: Clean energy, WASH, and SMEs Innovative financing. Her current projects include setting up financing vehicles for USAID-BHA and the PIND Foundation. She also leads business development by preparing proposals and business-related outreach.

Shivani was a public sector consultant in conflict-ridden zones for India's national, state, and local governments for over five years. She led the strategy and operations of socio-economic development initiatives involving Agriculture, Sanitation, Nutrition, SMEs, and Financial Inclusion. In 2019, she also assisted the Prime Minister's Office, Govt. of Albania, to launch their flagship 100+ Villages Program for SME development in rural areas.

Shivani holds a Professional degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from India, an MSc in Development Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and an MPA in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School.

Prior to Total Impact Capital:

Dancing, and is trained in Indian classical dances “Odissi” and “Kathak”. She is also fond of watching TV shows and movies.
