Hsuan Lo is a Vice President at Total Impact Capital, where she leads investment sourcing, diligence, and structuring for high-impact transactions across health, climate, and humanitarian aid in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Drawing on a background in private equity in Taiwan and a strong foundation in global health, her work pushes the frontier of innovative investment and delivery models—moving beyond single interventions toward ecosystem-based approaches that align private capital with governments, locally rooted actors, forward-looking entrepreneurs, and global partners to enable scale and sustainable impact.
Hsuan began her career in private equity in Taiwan, where she evaluated and executed investments before transitioning into development finance, impact investing, and global health. She holds a BBA from National Taiwan University and a Master of Public Health from Boston University.
