Background:

Anastasiya is an impact investing professional with over 17 years of experience as an investor and advisor. She specializes in capitalization strategy and investment facilitation for growing businesses, as well as innovative vehicle and fund structuring to mobilize private capital towards social and environmental impact. Currently, Anastasiya serves as a Director on the Economic Growth team at Palladium, where she provides technical expertise to client projects and business development efforts in private capital mobilization and access to finance (A2F) in frontier markets. In this role, she led the CATALYZE APEP Accelerator initiative, which spanned 10 Latin American and Caribbean countries and supported entrepreneurs in gaining knowledge and skills, building networks and accessing markets, and securing the capital needed to grow their businesses. Anastasiya is also known for her thought leadership in climate and innovative finance for impact, often sharing her insights as a conference speaker and contributor to articles. Her speaking engagements include notable events such as New York Climate Week – Concordia, SOCAP, FLII, and GIIN ICAM.

 

Before joining the Inclusive Growth team, Anastasiya was the Director on the Capital Advisory at Palladium, where she developed strategy, design, and guided execution of innovative financing vehicles and programs for institutional funders, development finance institutions (DFIs), impact fund managers, and foundations. In addition to her work at Palladium, Anastasiya serves on the Investment Committee of Azure Source Capital and mentors startup founders at the Miller Center for Global Impact.

 

Prior to her tenure at Palladium, Anastasiya led a private consulting practice, enabling entrepreneurs to raise capital and helping impact investors deploy it more effectively. She also held the position of Director of Investor Relations & Financial Innovation at Agora Partnerships, where she facilitated capital flow to social enterprises in Latin America and designed new investment programs. Additionally, Anastasiya was a Portfolio Manager at RSF Social Finance, a US-based impact fund with $100M assets under management (AUM). She began her career in Corporate Banking and holds a Masters in Specialized Economic Analysis: International Trade, Finance & Development from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
